Reliance Standard: Dental, Life, STD, and LTD

Reliance Standard Dental: In order for a group with 2 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Dental, the group must have 100% participation and it must be sold with at least 2 additional lines of coverage.

In order for a group with 3 - 5 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Dental, all but 1 employee must enroll.

In order for a group with 6 - 9 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Dental, all but 2 employees must enroll.

In order for a group with 10 – 19 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Dental, at least 75% participation is required.


Reliance Standard Life: In order for a group with 2 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Life, the group must have 100% participation and it must be sold with at least 2 additional lines of coverage.

In order for a group with 3 - 5 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Life, all but 1 employee must enroll.

In order for a group with 6 - 9 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Life, all but 2 employees must enroll.

In order for a group with 10 – 19 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard Life, at least 75% participation is required.


Reliance Standard STD: In order for a group with 2 eligible to be considered eligible for Reliance Standard STD, the group must have 100% participation and it must be sold with at least 2 additional lines of coverage.
