Increase your Individual Health sales compensation for both Initial and renewal!

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois reviews Production levels yearly, if your inforce production levels qualify for a bump in tear you will be placed in new compensation level that will take effect the following January on new business placed.

Standard (Tier3) 24  & up 3% 1.50%

*Tiering subsequent to initial assignment will be based upon new sales in a 12 month rolling period to be determined by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Il.

 

TrueBlue Program

Sell 25 or more paid New Business Medicare Supplemental policies in the previous calendar year receive compensation at higher level in the first year on new paid sales.
