However, if you are not in an open enrollment period, you must answer all the medical questions and will be subject to underwriting. Mutual of Omaha offers plans A – F & G. Coverage is guaranteed issue if applied for within six months of Part B enrollment, and an application can be submitted up to six months prior to turning 65 years old.
